Returns & Cancellations policy

 

How do I know if my item is eligible for a return?

We only offer returns on organisers, containers, tissue holders, dustbins, bath sets, coasters, and trays and offer a 48-hour return policy. Returns on any other item are not offered. You can place a return request within 48 hours of the delivery of your order (as confirmed by our logistics partners) as long as the returned products are unused, with all the original packaging & tags.

Our logistics partners will contact you and collect your product(s). After receipt and inspection of the undamaged product(s), we will issue your refund within 3-5 business days.

To initiate your return, we request you to please send picture(s) / video(s) of the product showing the product in its undamaged condition to customercare@aarvidecor.in along with your order invoice and the reason for return.

Note: Products on Sale cannot be returned

I received a damaged product, how do I issue a refund?

If you receive a damaged product, we need you to share a video of the unboxing of the shipment which also clearly shows the existing damage/defect in the product in order for us to confirm that the product was damaged during shipment. This request will be valid only if initiated within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Please initiate this request by emailing the above video and supporting pictures along with your order invoice to customercare@aarvidecor.in.

Our delivery partner will collect your product along with the original packaging and tags. Conditional on receiving the product and verification of the tags, your refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.


Cancellations

I want to cancel my order.

We offer a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please email customercare@aarvidecor.in within 24-hours of order placement with your order confirmation number in order to process the cancellation.

We will process a refund within 3-5 business days of approval of your cancellation request.
