At Aarvi Decor Studio, we carefully inspect and securely pack our products before dispatch to ensure they reach you in good condition. We understand that sometimes a product may be damaged during transit. Therefore, we accept return and refund requests only for products that are received damaged or defective.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Policy

Returns are not applicable for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind or personal preference.
• Product no longer being required.
• Incorrect product selection or ordering the wrong item.
• The product not matching your personal expectations when the product received is as described on our website.

We request customers to carefully review the product description, dimensions, images, specifications, color information, and other product details before placing an order.

All purchases are considered final unless the product is received damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To initiate a damaged-product claim, please email us at hello@aarvidecor.in.

Your email should include:

• Order number or order invoice
• Clear photographs of the damaged/defective product
• Clear photographs of the outer packaging
• A video of the package being unboxed, wherever available
• A brief description of the damage or defect

The submitted photographs and/or video should clearly show the condition of the product and the damage or defect.

We strongly recommend recording a continuous video while opening your package. An unboxing video helps us verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery and determine whether the damage occurred during transit.

A return or refund will only be processed after the claim has been reviewed and approved by Aarvi Decor Studio.

Return Process for Approved Claims

If your damaged-product claim is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return of the product.

Where applicable, our delivery/logistics partner may arrange collection of the product from the delivery address.

Please ensure that the product is safely packed along with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and other included components.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will verify the reported damage or defect.

If the claim is confirmed, the eligible refund will be processed within 3–5 business days after completion of the verification process.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation as soon as possible after placing your order.

Please email us at hello@aarvidecor.in with your order number and cancellation request.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted if the order has not already been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your cancellation request is approved, the applicable refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive an item that appears to be incorrect or an item is missing from your order, please contact us at hello@aarvidecor.in within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number/invoice.
• Clear photographs of the package received.
• Photographs of the product(s) received.
• A description of the issue.
• Unboxing video, if available.

Our team will review the information and assist you with the appropriate resolution.
